So I was here yesterday, came back today. Wrong part was given to me. Had to wait 2.5 hours for them to change it. When I asked for a refund “Frankie” which says he is the owner said he has to charge me 25%. Horrible customer service. On top of that no one has a mask on so if you’d like to catch COVID. Do come here

So I called for a part and was told 250, then I went in and got up charged. Ignored that and just paid it. Was told 30 min to wait for the part to be removed. No big deal. Waited. 90 minutes after still not done. After it was done I asked the guy to load the part onto my truck . He then tells me he gets paid to take apart parts not to load them for anyone. Keep in mind a junkyard, parts that are filthy dirty and I came to buy one in clean clothing. Horrible customer service here. Do not go here at all. Many honest junkyards around that will gladly help you and be straightforward

I saw they had what I needed on car-part.com, they had it in stock and for the amount they advertised. Salesman was very friendly and accommodating. Outstanding customer service 👍

I purchased a used transmission (w/a six month warranty). Within 24 hours I tried to return, because I made an error in selecting the transmission I left with. These GUYS wanted to charge me a 25% RE-STOCKING FEE, for a transmission they pulled off the shelf. Sure they would exchange, but they did not have what I needed. They maybe spent 30 minutes with me making the selection, and wanted to charge me $212.50 to return the item, which was still in the back of my truck from the previous afternoon's pick-up. Paperwork says I have a six month warranty, but now I bet they won't even honor that should I have a problem with the transmission. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
