The apartment is clean and well taken care of. The management is responsive and the maintenance team is also great I enjoy working with Seka and Krista and they both are respectful and responsive when you need their help. Great place to live so far, although my rent has gone up each year (except during covid 2020), but it was not a big increase so I still stayed. Otherwise the place is great it need to be modernized though, I know other apartments are being worked on while mine is a bit old

I had a great experience at Glen Hills Apartments! As a college student attending UW-Milwaukee, the apartments were a very affordable option to rent and live within close proximity of campus. The office staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating towards me. They also have an excellent maintenance staff who immediately responded to any of my requests and kept the property up to date in general. As a runner, I also really enjoyed living across the street from the oak leaf trail. I highly recommend Glen Hills Apartments to anyone looking to rent in the greater Milwaukee area!

It is a well-maintained apartment complex. The front staff are always available when you need help and the Maintenance/handimen are prompt and thorough in responding to calls, e.g. sink plugged, dishwasher not working properly. I've been living here since Nov of 2019. Front staff also try to make the experience of living at Glen Hills fun and involving. Given the size and location of the Complex, I can endorse its quality of life.Thank you for update, Sean! We're so pleased to hear that our efforts to continually improve have not gone unnoticed. PLEASE READ- If you are looking for a safe place to live I would NOT recommend Glen Hills apartments. We moved here in hopes of finding a better community and what started out to be good turned into a disaster. The landlord Donna is extremely misleading, and is very inconsiderate of complaints. Never satisfied any issues within the community except for maintenance issues. We had a very noisy and obnoxious tenant who kept violating the lease by disturbing peace during all hours of the day AND night. We had no idea who all had been in and out of her unit but we had complained about it to Donna for 6 months! After numerous of calls to the police the tenant began taking the complaints personal. After one police complaint our vehicle was stolen that same night. It was very suspicious but nothing could be done besides filing a police report. They overcharge for rent and don’t have any security as it is well needed considering the tenants they allow to live here and the surrounding areas on the other side of the tracks. The tenants smoke lots of Marijuana in the buildings and Donna does nothing but send out reminder emails. I was pregnant and complained about this several times. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH A TENANT SHE WILL TAKE HER TIME APPROACHING THEM. She is afraid to confront them alone and will try drag you in to the confrontation. It took her 6 months...6 months to confront the tenant we had issues with. Even after she confronted the tenant, she still did not take any action. Her response to us was “it’s apartment living, what do you expect”. It really hurt us that nothing was done. I kept all of my email complaints in a thread and the only option she ended up offering was for us to get out of lease early and that was AFTER I threatened to get her manager involved. She does NOT care about the community, safety, or happiness of tenants. I would have loved to continue living here if the community was REALLY as appealing as she made it seem when we had our showing.Hello Adreanna, Here at Glen Hills, we strive to provide all our residents with peaceful living environment. There are times when neighbors for whatever reason, do not get along well. We would have liked to have the opportunity to all meet with everyone to help resolve any issues but the willingness to do so was not there. I wish you luck in your new home. Management
