The quality of the equipment is lacking more in certain areas than others (a lot of the treadmills are too old, which is a massive bummer for runners). As far as gyms go, the variety and amenities are pretty okay (realistically maybe 3 stars), but the fact that it's 2022 and I can't cancel a membership over the phone is insane. Wildly outdated, as most other gyms will accommodate appropriately. I was informed that this is corporate policy, but if that's the case and this location is a franchise, they should be requesting a policy change due to the negative feedback I'm absolutely certain they receive. This location in particular isn't worth the price or the trouble that the LA Fitness name carries. Edit: added a star because my experiences with the day staff were always positive and one star is dramatic.

Free weights are ALWAYS out of order and have very peculiar smell (weights shouldn’t stink). Quite possibly the filthiest gym I’ve ever been in. Works for what you need, but expect extra cardio looking for the dumbbells you need.

Overall I use this gym and am mostly satisfied with the equipment selection and crowd as everyone is friendly. But they need to clean it more. The floors are just gross, I’ve literally looked at the same dirt sitting in one spot for weeks. I think they only clean maybe once a month or less. If they fixed that this place would be pretty good for the person that doesn’t require a lot of extras. GET A BROOM!

I'm sitting here In the lobby with my friend who can get people in but there's a gentleman here at the front office who is not letting me In because he says that I need to pay 20 dollars. I have a guest pass but he is saying it isn't allowed. He is refusing to honor them. I've since been let in by another guy at the front desk. The courts looked old and they have a rim at 9'6" that you have to play on to play full court. I would of signed up for a membership if it wasn't for the horrible man up front.
