Horrible administration, no wonder they have so much turnover of employees and owners. After being a member for over 3 years I suspended my membership and decided to cancel because they are still charging me $15. They are forcing me to activate membership in order to cancel to pay the full fee. That place can't get any new members so they have to nickel and dime people. Will never be member ever again.

Let me start be saying I absolutely hate working out, but love this place. The coaches are encouraging and engaging. The workouts are never the same. The time goes by without you even realizing it.

I love the gym availability but overall I enjoy all trainers. Specially, Jenny who held our 1st workout and Jose who we see on Fridays. My girlfriend recently strained a muscle and he was provided the correct exercises to avoid injuries and continue her workout plan. She is doing much better and we are so thankful for this to coach Jose. Having a Coach who has PA background is extremely helpful when working out as hard as we try to do at Orangetheory. All trainers we have had so far are GREAT each on their own way. It’s a great family to be a part of. Love this location besides being convenient!

So UNPROFESSIONAL.. so money hungry!! really disgusting. I signed up for 1 month.. I did not do any agreement for long period. I bought 8 classes. I explained to the front lady what I needed for only one month. They have been trying to charge my card $99 for 4 months consecutively even though i called them canceling, and I have sent an email with the cancelation. They are saying that I have to pay an extra month $99 although I am not going anymore.This is not going to happen. Be aware when you come to this studio. They will force you to pay at least 2 month even though you don’t want to. I have been in other studios that they don’t work like this one! I will never come back here. Lack of customer service skills, professionalism..

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels.
