Our experience started out in a negative manner and it took 2 weeks to get it right, but I appriciate the effort made to make it a good experience. I will keep it short and simple and give a 4 star because it was an adventure that brought along some tears but finally brought smiles and joy to my wife. They charged me about $850.00 for the 30,000 mile service and they didn't even put water on the windshield Tank I asked them what the 30,000-mile service included because it was a bit expensive and they couldn't give me an honest or specific answer. my car had 35,000 miles and the advisor was pushing for the 40,000 mile service and I asked him what the difference was between 30,000 to 40,000 miles and he answered that it was a more complete service and again he did not know how to give me a specific answer but what he did tell me that the 40,000 mile service was going to cost me about 1,500.00 dollars for being a more complete service

Please do not purchase a car from this dealership! They were dishonest and really did not help my family! Moises Abadi did not disclose the facts of our deal adequately. A lot of the money was not allocated as he told us. Lies all around. Not to mention when we wanted out of our lease did nothing to help us! However, Autonation Ford in Margate came to our rescue and bought us out of our little Mercedes’ and got us in a beautiful SUV. Sometimes “ luxury “ isn’t all what it appears. Our new suv has more features than the Mercedes’ ever did. I am happy to be out of this brand for GOOD! Please don’t purchase a car from here! We love our new car! God is good and helps honest people out of disasters such us as the one with Mercedes!!!
