Always clean and organized. Took me less than 15 minutes to walk out with a new watch. However the activation did not work and I had to call customer service to get that fixed (20 more minutes). So the activation fee 30usd at the store was a rip off . Overall the staff is polite. Thanks Edited: Thanks for the owner response. To begin with the better experience you could waive the activation fee that didnot work. Then you would have the deserved 5 stars. Thanks for your concern.

Nice, huge store! My sales lady Yami was just awesome. She was such a big help with all her knowledge about the different plans and phones. Thank you so much for your help Yami! I highly recommend her to anyone.

One of the most popular T-Mobile store in the area. With great products and good chain in command by managers and retail agents. My experience has always been good however, extreme waiting all the time.
