the service was okay but when we got to the window the girl didn’t fill are smoothies to the top there were half full and then shook them around to make them look full and most importantly they forgot my ranch for my nuggies

This store was clean, staff were polite. Food was fresh and I enjoyed my experience at this store. I would recommend this store to friends, family.

Screwed up order then the lady at the window gave us the peace sign… we demanded to talk to a manager and the so-called manager came to the window wearing a marijuana sweater barely speaking English stating that my wife was wrong for ordering what she ordered… Great employees representing your company i get that you just a fast food chain but apparently you truly don’t care anymore.

5 stars. The other two locations have had issues almost every time I've stopped on occasion. Drinks with no carbonation, extremely stale fries, forgotten items etc. The gentleman I spoke with in the drive-thru was cheerful, suggested an addition to my order which I went with and was surprisingly good. There was also a small extra item on the very bottom of the bag when I returned home. Not expected or even requested but it was the cherry on the metaphorical service sundae.

When are you going to get your shake machine fixed? It seemed like every time I go there it’s down. If you wanna operate that should be working.

I agree the owners need to correct the customer service and the quality of there food. Seems like owners do not care and just using the store for a tax write off. Not good for the new part of sun prairie. Every one I have talked to has complained about orders being wrong. Even with the current new order system they still cannot get it right. Come on Micky Ds step up.

Why does Your Night Shift have the worst service. They are slow and they make the Absolute WORST Big Macs sweet tea is weak and the fries are over cooked.

Theresa. she was the manager at the time she worked there and, knowing how her life went, probably still works there.
