TAKE YOUR KIDS TO NIKLAUS. FORGET HOLTZ . Holtz hospital told me the babys rsv was nothing and just a common cold and sent me home!! Within an hour of leaving my baby was breathing very hard and couldnt cry from how difficult it was for him to breath . As soon as i brought him to niklause it was beautiful how every nurse was running arlund for him, niklause hospital told me HOLTZ SHOULD HAVE SUCTIONED BABY AND GIVEN BABY OXYGEN from how bad my baby was Everybody at holtz is missing alot of training , the experience was ridiculous and if i wouldve been a mother who doesnt need second opinions my baby would have most likely gotten worse. AVOID HOLTZ HOSPITAL. MAKE THE DRIVE TO NIKLAUS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL!!! CHEAP THINGS SOMETIMES END UP BEING EXPENSIVE IN THE LONG RUN AND GOING TO HOLTZ WILL DEFINETLEY COST YOU YOUR BABYS HEALTH

I live in Texas and I had to take my girl to this emergency hospital. Horrible care. I was there for a total of 7 hours. Those who arrived after me passed them first until my husband got tired and started screaming. drunks are around the hospital I thought of going to this hospital because you had good comments but I was disappointed

The lady with the dreads who work night shift giving out passes is so rude! if you say hello she wont even speak back if you dont like where u work find another job! i only gave 3 stars because the NICU is doing great with my baby.

First off finding the place on the GPS was hard. Then we got there and met with a rude security lady who could not operate the computer to print the visitor name tags. Line started to back up to outside. Fast forward to registration with the nurse Kisha. Can you say attitude overload. Very unprofessional and tried to be sarcastic 🙄. Anyway we survived registration and are now pending admittance. Will report on the experience with the process and check once done.
