An adorable store but the selection was meh when I went in. since it's such a small store I was expecting it to be full of quality vintage items, but it had a lot of h&m, forever21, Romwe items being sold for more than what they would go for new. I did find some really cool vintage jeans and I plan on going back, hopefully to a better selection next time.

I was in just recently because I’ve always enjoyed this shop and the individuals that help me. Unfortunately I was treated very poorly at my most recent visit. A young man with bright red hair and glasses was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome and totally uncomfortable. His attitude was just totally off the entire time, especially when I asked to use a dressing room and he did a complete eye roll! Needless to say, I didn’t even want to purchase what I liked because I didn’t want to speak with him after that. In the end I put my items back and left. I have worked nothing but customer service. I will praise those who make my experience great, but perhaps this young man should find a job where it doesn’t require human interaction. Whether or not I’ll return is undetermined. Edit: Why do you use the same generic response to your negative reviews? As a manger in my business, I take the time to personalize each response whether the review is good or bad. Just seems lazy and not very personable to me? There will always be critics, but perhaps take the time to say something genuine rather than appearing as a robot. Just bc you're friends with someone that doesn’t like me, you are on the clock representing a company, not your own personal ego. I do not participate in drama, hence why I continued to be very nice despite your attitude. I did not come into the store to be scowled at or bullied, I came in as a CUSTOMER that wanted to buy a load of outfits, but the energy was so negative I cannot support my favorite buy-sell store any longer. Shame on you.

Found Scouts in Omaha while I was down there with a friend- I’m from Sioux Falls! Their shop is so cute, inclusive, and everyone who works there is so sweet. I bought some items in person, and have continued to shop with them through COVID online. I ordered a sweater 5 days ago and it just arrived today- such good time, despite the circumstances!! It’s so cute and very nice quality. Highly recommend!!
