Prices are just too high, they go to some website on their phones to compare to the items that are new, theses are USED, items,a person just starting out can't afford these prices

Extremely rude intake person. I was donating a large amount of items, books, furniture, kitchen appliances and decorative items that will not be able to be moved with me. He took a look in the box and stated in a very snarky tone "We don't take doo-dads" while he was removing items he deemed acceptable from my vehicle. I was surprised as I hadn't had a problem with donations earlier with similar items. When I questioned him about it he doubled down and upped his rudeness level. I could understand if there was a sign posting what is eligible to be donated but there is not. At this point I decided I would not be donating to the Salvation Army. I asked him for the items he had taken from the vehicle to be put back in so that I could donate to another organization that would benefit from the revenue generated from all the items I was donating. During this time when donations don't make a dent in tax deductions, organizations such as the Salvation Army need to keep in mind it is easier to discard of items no longer needed in the trash instead of making a purposeful visit to donate. Those who are donating do not need to be met from a worker with an attitude.

Overpriced. I’d understand if it were an antiques shop but all of the merchandise was literally donated. Selection isn’t good enough to justify the prices. Try the independent stores the chains have all gone down the drain.

I stopped at the Salvation Army thrift store today and was pleasantly surprised. Several great, and affordable items filled the store. A young lady by the name of Dana helped me. Customer Service is definitely the right fit for her!!! I've got to say the store looks amazing! Dana was pleasant, prompt and professional. Salvation Army is very lucky to have you Dana, keep up the great work!

No, binders are not accepted nor needed currently
Yes, on Wednesdays, clothing is discounted for senior citizens.
They did, as long as they are clean and have life left in them.
You may be better to try to call, but this location is also a hub and they send donations to other locations that need it, so taking a large load to this location would probably be good!
No
They appreciate clean, reusable, and complete donations.
