Impeccable customer service! I ordered a Thule awning through CFC for a travel trailer project I have underway to avoid the massive freight charges associated having it shipped residential. Shipping took a few months and Matt, the proprietor, remained extremely patient with us through our many inquiries on its progress. Ultimately received the awning and took it home but had to ignore the project due to a deployment and other life events. Once I finally got around to removing the awning from its packaging, I found that it had been damaged during shipping; it had been over-packed over its original box, hiding any evidence of an issue from CFC and I until my eventual discovery. I was concerned with how the return procedure would be considering the considerable interval from my taking custody of the awning but Matt being the class act that he is, immediately took it back and began the refund process for me. At all times, Matt and his crew at CFC were the definition of customer service and would not hesitate to make another larger purchase there again.

Cape fear customs took great care of me. They mounted tires for me on my 24x14 $7500 wheels without hesitation when a lot of other local shops said they couldn’t or would not. I haven’t seen a cleaner shop in town, I thought they just opened because of how clean and nice their shop looked but they’ve been in business for over two years. Harley was really helpful and knowledgeable with custom wheels, tires, and lifts. There was also a gentlemen with red hair and a red beard, I forgot his name but he was personable and knowledgeable as well. All around great experience, I’ll definitely be back and send people here to customize their trucks & jeeps

EDIT: Store manager called me up, I didn't even have to call them.. he wanted to make it right and they completely did! Offered to pick up my car for a new upder spray and everything! Customer service is outstanding here!! Still wish it could have been done right the first time because finding rides into town when I live 35 mins from the shop is fairly difficult. I dropped my truck off for the linex undercoat spray and cavity protection.. Let me start with the bad and then move to the good. THE BAD: clear as day large spots missed. On one side of the truck some spots were done that were not done on the other side. I'm not sure if the tech forgot some spots or got lazy but for 775$ I would have expected much better. THE GOOD: the front desk people are kind and friendly. Prices were reasonable but I would have paid the extra 100$ to get it done elsewhere and get it all done instead of spotty work. The in between: got it done a day early, not sure if it's because they only did part of the truck and not the entire thing. Pictures include some of the good! Some of the spots missed and the last two are of the same spot same part but different sides of the truck. Like I said they did one side but not the other.
