No thermostat on AC unit so runs constant, no " happy medium " mildew smell but cheap and weekly rates are a plus

We have been staying here for a month and so for it has been very nice. The manager is very nice and tries to make sure everything is fine. Our room is clean and if we need anything we just ask. I would stay again. The people that are here are assume

Stayed for almost 3 months. Ownership changed 1 month into staying there and then it went completely downhill. Lots of drug use, late night partying outdoors and it became obvious because cops became a regular appearance at night, but it didn't stop the thugs from being thugs because the owners simply turn a blind eye at night and presumably only care about the money. Definitely won't return unless extremely desperate and would only recommend for a very temporary stay for a man. Families and upstanding women will feel uncomfortable.
