Absolutely amazing trucking company they set an appointment and they were there on time and were very eager to help absolutely amazing customer service quality service from the best trucking company in the area If I could give 10 stars I would the terminal manager and all of the drivers are absolutely amazing staff is amazing as well

My experience with Saia Ltl Freight was not a positive one. I paid extra for a lift gate, residential delivery and paid extra for the delivery by appointment. Their version of setting an appointment for delivery was calling once the truck was loaded and in my immediate area. I was at work and didn't get the voicemail until two hours later. I called the driver back and the appointment for delivery was set for the next morning because he said he had already left my part of town and did not want to return. The item arrived the next morning with over $500 in damages cause by slamming my purchase into something very hard. Saia later billed me an additional charge for what they called a redelivery even though they never set an appointment until the second day. When I submitted a dispute for the charges. l received a reply back the next day stating “Thank you for submitting your accessorial dispute request. After further review the accessorial fee is are valid and will remain on the bill.” The fee is not valid. Since they like to quote the BOL then how about they start looking at the part where I paid to have an appointment set up? NO appointment was set for Monday at all. So in summary they damage my property in transit, they do not follow the instructions that are clearly stated on the BOL, then when I complain about the fraudulent charges their idiot employee apparently can't read the second where is says delivery appointment is requested?
