Great insurance, yet still very difficult to find any medical or mental health services in Jackson county due to providers being totally booked. 90% of the time I call Allcare, the first person who answers the phone is not friendly and very quick to cut me off and just forward me to someone else (who only answers after waiting ages on hold). For being such a great connection to helpful services, the employees could definitely be more compassionate.

OHP will assign you a plan (you can switch between the plans offered at request) and a dentist. They probably already have, call the number on your card and they will walk you through it.
Call the number on his medical card, they should be able to tell you if he has coverage or not.
