Moved here a month ago and didn’t like it at all, a lot of roaches , every night there are like 10 roaches in my kitchen , and worst thing is you can hear your neighbors so loud that you can’t sleep even if they are talking you can hear them , I have one year lease left or I would have left already , don’t waste your time coming here it’s not worth the money and definitely not a place to call home.

I have literally lived here for two months. Myself and my children and i definitely need to get out. I signed my lease on April 30th. I called on May 3rd about roaches. I have reached out many times about the same situation so i was put on the list for the exterminator. He's been here at least 5-6 times since I've been here. I'm required to empty my kitchen and bathroom cabinets every two weeks(packing and unpacking) for him to spray and nothing happen. When i emailed them last, Sandra said I'm never ready for treatment when the exterminator comes. The real issue is that this entire complex is infested. The multiple buildings are all infested. It needs to be evacuated and fumigated. I can NOT subject my children to this type of living. My youngest is 8 months old this is unacceptable, not to mention an unlivable situation which deems me eligible to break my lease per California law.

Ive been living here for the last 7 years.. Thre has been a lot og good changes here. The bad people.are out and now we have a community. We do not see police precence here like before..office staff is great , always willing to help, and not to mention the maintenance guys, they will help you even on weekends with non related work. They gave me a jump start on my car , i tried to pay him but he wouldnt tame money, also my daughters car got a flat and i wasnt around so they helped my daughter fix flat tire to get to work. Thank you so much..great place to live.

This place is Horrible to live in. The condition of the place is poorly done, maintained and full of roaches. Maintenance guys are always drinking with residents acting like they work. Office never answer the calls when you need something fix. Rent is way to high for the way they are. Pool is never cleaned and poorly filtered.
