To all the people complaining....when the things in your life that are suddenly gone someday, and someday probably soon, remember where they came from. If you had to smell a little smoke every now and then but you have that 5,000.00 refrigerator in your house you should probably think a little. You do have a choice ya know. It is called moving. Millenials.....sheesh

They don’t care about the lives they’re impacting with their pollution. It’s not just about things smelling bad, it’s about health and safety. There are days when I can’t go outside because it triggers asthmatic symptoms for me due to the pollution this company is intentionally, and without regret or thought, shoving into our atmosphere. An absolutely crooked business with the morals of exploitive tycoons of the 1800s. We’ve grown beyond that. We deserve clean air.

I live far away in the South Hills and can smell this business at least once a week. They must be lining someone's pockets in government to keep polluting that much.

This place makes the air dangerous to breathe multiple times per week. The people running it do not value the people living in the region. When friends ask me about moving to Pittsburgh I ultimately cannot recommend it and the Clairton Works is the only reason.
