Place is well maintained, management is very very very responsive and considerate. Community is peaceful, best place to rest after a hard days work. Moosa, the property manager is accommodating and responsive to the needs of the tenant. Highly recommended to travel nurses taking an assignment in Martinez and surrounding area.

I lived here for just shy of 3 years. They fired all of their old management and started to raise prices based on some computer program that predicted market rates. They don't really treat you like an individual just expect you to pay them and not complain as they try and invest as little money as possible into the complex. The pool was unavailable during the summer. Let that sink in.. they had all year to fix it but they decide to get it done during the summer.

Every night I take my dog for a walk and meet some new neighbor that is nice and has a fun story to tell. Everyone here is so nice. Brian and his team are the best.
