They tested the fire alarms at 430 am. Room had a cockroach. Dishes weren't clean. Sheets had a green stain. Laundry detergent dispenser was empty and ate quarters, front desk gave me some but didn't plan on refilling the machine. There's no sign or anything. The dryer I picked was out of order w no sign. It took money, spun up, 42 min timer went by but when I came back clothes were still wet and cold (had it on high). The front desk refunded my quarters eventually, but they were not around the first time came ringing the bell at around 7pm. Nowhere to be found. Had to come back down again later. Clock alarm went off at midnight, the switch was stuck on alarm. Google says they have free breakfast but it's wrong. Staff looked at me like I had to heads when I asked. Locker room I had to walk through to use the stairs stunk. This all happened during a 1 night stay.

We stayed one night as we were passing through the area. The room was large, well stocked, and, most importantly, incredibly clean. It was in a great area with plenty of restaurant options and shopping. The front desk associate was very helpful and personable. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, this is a wonderful option for just a night or for an extended stay! The hotel offered plenty of amenities such as a gym, dishes in room, and grills outside. Also, they are pet friendly!! We did not bring our pups along on this trip because we typically struggle to find reasonable pet friendly locations, but now we know where to go!

We stayed here for three nights, and on the fourth we had something stolen out of our room by housekeeping. We had extended our stay before we left out to work and when we returned, our room had been cleaned, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. When we went to address the issue to management, she wasn’t there so we spoke to her over the whole. She first tried to justify them stealing something by saying that “maybe they only stole it because they thought we were checking out”. Mind you, our suitcases were in the room, along with the dog pen, Xbox, MacBook, and several other person belonging. I don’t think someone checking out would leave all that behind, and housekeeping would think the same right? She proceeded to tell us that maybe we misplaced it and weren’t telling the truth. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. Being a diamond member and having over 500 stays with choice hotel, I’ve never once had this happen to me. Every hotel I have stayed in, you have to request housekeeping for someone to come in the room, so I’m confused as to why someone was in my room anyways, especially since the do not disturb sign was on!!! This hotel is ran by the poorest management who doesn’t care about her customers, and tries to justify stealing!! I will not be staying with Suburban extended stay ever again, and neither will any of my crews for work. I will make sure that they don’t get business from anyone I know. Disgusting.

The staff here are so nice! Even checking in at midnight yesterday we were treated so well. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The rooms are a bit dated but the experience was above and beyond for such a budget friendly place
