A really beautiful park. Very dog friendly (note some owners do walk off leash here). Well kept and easy to walk on. Definitely on the smaller side though

Yes, 4 lined courts and pickup play most days weather permitting. Try to connect with one of the Monmouth County PB sites for interested other players. Nets may be down for winter. Best to check.
