Amazing customer service; I ordered a personalized gift online and the store clerk called to tell me online orders can't be personalized, but that she would pack it and ship it herself from the store. The receiver of the gift said the packaging was beautiful.

Love this book store!! Any book you want, if they don't have it, they can order and it comes fast! Prices are excellent, and they always have a great selection of books, greeting cards (!), puzzles, and gifts.
