In the beginning I was happy to find this gym since it has a good location and close to where I live. I was planning to be a long term customer but I changed my mind after my bad experience with one of the stuff member in the front her name is (Sheila) she doesn’t know how to do her job, she wasn’t sure about anything I have asked her regarding the registration and the policy! I don’t know what she is doing there!! Worst than all that, she is very unprofessional, impolite and rude. instead of trying her best to learn and ask the other stuff members to help me and do her job, she was trying to be funny impolitely!! She shouldn’t be working with customers.

Love this gym. Starting with the location in Edgewater, the equipment, the cleanliness of gym floor and restroom and te fact they are always improving in equipment and layout. In addition I don’t like to be closed in a basement type location. I like openness WNY use of widows and this place has a first class relaxing view of Hudson River and NYC! Definitely recommend.

This gym has so much potential. Their staff is not friendly, and seem to have a problem actually opening the place. Several times this year the gym was not opened at 7am (on weekends) like it is supposed to. It was opened 1+hrs later. The only staff member who deserves five stars here is Steve, all the rest are🚮
