Yes appointment only .I'm sure you can get in pretty soon I called and the next day I was in.there is a button on the side of the wall buy the doors on the side of the building that you need to push and they will come to the door.

No, unless it has been recorded most likely you will need to get it from the court where the divorce was finalized.
