No sense of urgency. Took 15-20 mins to get my food. The lady in front didn't even speak English since the menu is in English, I had to speak Spanish and even with that she still didn't understand. That's really wasn't the biggest issue it happens. It's how long it takes to serve the food. That's all

The food is always good for fast food and they are nice workers usually the only issue I have is that you have to usually interrupt their conversations when you wanna pick up a mobile order you can be standing there and they will ignore you but the food is always good so I don't care about waiting

waited well over 25 minutes for my food. the slowest fast food i have ever gotten it was ridiculous. the cashier looked like she was 12 and was the ditziest person who couldn’t understand simple orders. asked for a lid and she looked at me like i was speaking a different language…. ridiculous. hire employees with braincells!

This is unfortunately the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes to get my order of two burgers. Many people in line waiting lengthy periods of time for their food too.
