Clove lakes drivers are great. However the waiting can be over an hour and dispatch will lie about estimated time of arrival. There service use to be much better. Hopefully they will improve.

Picked up quickly and even stayed when I wasn't ready. The driver was an absolute professional and was a pleasure. Turned on music and played a playlist I created on the drop of a dime. Pretty easy to say, I'm calling them again and again.

The service is terrible I’ve been emailing the general supervisor for months in regards to negligent service being at the time I was a regular dealing with incompetent drivers. The general supervisor has not gotten back to me and just tonight I ordered a car and the driver decided to curse at me. For everyone that uses this service I urge you to reconsider using this service I have heard numerous complaints. 0 stars this cab service doesn’t understand true clientele or customer service and then all you get is an apology

Diamond. Your gripe is understandable. However. When you take any other for of transportation such as a bus, train or airplane you pay for your ride then upfront. If you think it is a race issue it is not for I too have to pay upfront when I take a cab as well.

I am as a driver can tell you our company all dispatchers are well trained and very professional people. Very nice people they are that is why clove Lake is in the Island for over 50 years.
