This was actually my first time coming here for damaged glasses and I can’t say I was too thrilled after. One of my ear pieces broke off so I came here to fix them and after they “inspected”them they told me that they could not be repaired and offered a 100$ deal for a new pair. I declined and left. Went back to my old optometry center all the way in Fremont and they fixed them for 30 bucks and only took less than 45 minutes.

Errant Shot

Frame and Lens Prices are over rated. 3 weeks delivery is too much waiting but even it was not real. Do not think they will call you when it arrives. At the end of long waiting, I called after 3 and 1/2 weeks and am told it is just arrived - kidding me. It's been sleeping in your drawer? And it needs to be sent out to other lab for coating for more days - another kidding. Totally, you should consider more than 4 weeks to get it done. - Unbelievably worst ever service performance in my 20 years with glasses.

Friendly staff, professional service. An enjoyable experience, even for my 4 year old! My daughter enjoyed the small kids area, but discovered a strong magnet used for security tags and prefered to play with that. The staff was very hospitable and relaxed, even as my daughter knocked down a few sets of display glasses. Dr. Ko seemed knowledgable and had some helpful tips for refreshing my eyes during long hours in front of the computer.
