Pizza was dry and thin . Food was cold ! The pasta bowls were empty !!!! Even my kids were talking about it. It was a rushed order . I demand a refund !!!!! The delivery person was very kind. Whoever prepared the food gave us scraps ! Unacceptable …..

Customer service sucks! The pizza was old! Third time I go there they try to heat up the leftovers and sell them, never again! Larry is rude and was very disrespectful I’m not sure if that’s even their name. They threatened me with throwing the pizza in my face for them messing up my order. This is expected from them.

Such a disgraceful Dominos - I’ve been waiting since 12/26 for a refund - it’s been a month and I’ve gotten no refund, no call back or follow up in regards to this mess up on their part. Between calling corporate and this franchise in particular I have gotten absolutely no where. . . . It all started with the workers claiming to have delivered my food, I called no answer, my husband goes to the store and these unprofessional, incompetent workers revealed to my husband that they say it was delivered so their numbers look good when they’re dealing with heavy volume and how my order “just left” are you kidding me? My husband asks for a refund and not only do they claim they will supply the refund (which never happened) they don’t even apologize or try to compensation for their mess-up. I had small children waiting that night for their pizza that never arrived. Completely unprofessional, rude & once again just incompetent.

If I can give no stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service skills with ANY representative you get on the phone. Orders always take more than an hour to come and when they finally do arrive, you get the wrong order. It hasnt happened once, or twice but more than four times to me! Im starting to feel they do this $h!t on purpose. You guys have one job and cant even do that right. And you also have the nerve to charge an xtra couple dollars ontop of your order total AND ask for tip. SMH domino’s, a million dollar franchise and you cant treat your customers right.
