The gym is super welcoming for adults looking to stay in shape or get back into things, for anyone who thought this place was just for kids. The open gym is a lot of fun for people looking to check the place out, and the teams and classes available for adults are very accessible and a great workout! All of the staff members are incredibly friendly as well.

Excellent instruction and rigorous. Pushes the girls to the limit. Lots of discipline. When my daughter first went to SVE Cheer, she knew she wanted to tumble and over the course of the year, she accelerated her tumbling and gained a lot of self confidence as well. In addition, she also made some very close friends and is very happy there. She practices at home for fun and her overall conditioning is excellent. It's not often that you find a sport that your kid just looks forward to and is excited about. The sport is mainly female dominated but the team could use a few more males on to help with some of the stunting.

My girls where first timers at the beginning of SVE’s first season 2017-2018 and they have come so far. I am amazed with how much they have learned and they leave every class and practice with a smile and always can’t wait for the next class! Best gym which has become the best family! I recommend to everyone. So many different clssses and the most supportive coaches that give each kid attention and helps them grow at their own speed.
