Waiting for a month and never fixed. They took $40.00 at first and just excuse and never called us for the progress. Wast of time and Money. We spent $120.00 and nothing and my son couldn't use the …Customer brought in MacBook laptop for repair, he paid diagnosis fee of $40. Computer found to have been worked on extensively before he brought in and been further been damaged by whoeve worked on it before us. After trying our best trying to fix it and spending so much time. Customer was unhappy that we took too long. Customer picked up his laptop and insisted to pay for our extra time and effore to fix his laptop. We still dont understand why he came on here and left us this bad review... wish he would reconsider. again if customer feels there is anything else we can do, we be more then happy to. thank you.

Fixed my laptop. Found the root causes. Fixed in hours. Could improve by cleaning the entire laptop - not just the insides. That is just my observation, not a requirement. I would definitely recommend instead of Best Buy geek squad.Thank you, our pleasure doing business with you.
