Been going here for years. The quality has gone way down since covid. Today they served me a cold burrito. I was skeptical because it took less than 2 mins from when I ordered it for them to give it to me. If I could go back, I would ask for them to remake it. Not worth the money and super disappointing.

Generally a quick and easy place to get delicious food. They have been great throughout the pandemic and even now have an outdoor seating area. Always friendly, always efficient.

First and maybe last time here? Moved to area from San Diego few months ago and my cousins had already warned me Mexican food up here isn't like San Diego. I get it. But tonight's order was pretty disrespectful. I got meat lovers burrito and chose asada because they were out of chicken....out of chicken at 7pm?? Ok it's fine I would have gotten asada anyway. Then I was told they were out of salsa.....wait what!?! So I said fine I'll have it with guacamole and cheese then. The order came out super quick ....like scary quick. Sign of things to come. The asada was not bad....however they put frozen cheese in the burrito 😐. I've never has that happen before...and NO guacamole either. It probably would have been a decent burrito if it had salsa and hot/melted cheese.

OMG their hot sauce is amazing and very hot, and the Burritozilla is so good, enough to feed three people! I highly recommend stopping here if your in the San Jose area and getting one.
