I love it but I don't stay long. I think of what exactly I want to retrieve or drop off the night before while I lay in bed to go to sleep. That way,I can handle that and be ghost considering how hot it is in there. It's extra hot considering it's summer time so,I guess winter time,it's gonna be freezing. I understand that because the workers say,some people like to hang out and that's not the place for that. I get it but for us ,who just want to comfortably retrieve and drop off our possessions,that stuffiness is torture. The winter time,I guess I'll be freezing. Still a great place,though.

Great website interface. Helpful and friendly staff on the phone. I have two units here (Newark location) and will continue to use these guys in the future. No onsite bathroom. I somewhat question the security of the drive up units which very accessible via the street.

5 star service exceptional service Chris was very informative, polite and professional answered any questions and concerns I had. I had to transfer to another unit I was worried but chris found a unit that I was extremely happy with and put my things in with ease. First and most Mr Sean Wood was a great help. Sense I got the unit 12/16 21 had issues with the elevator from day one. I explained the situation that I had to vacate my apartment and needed to store my belongings in the unit. But couldn’t do to elevator not working. Ever time I went there. Mr Sean was kind and compassionate to my needs as to I had a lot going on with work kids and then packing to travel and vacate my apartment, Mr Sean put a great smile on my faces , and told me he had a unit for me. I was so happy and so grateful for his help indeed. And now I can upload again and store my belongings. Shout out to Mr Sean Wood for being compassionate to customers needs as he was to me. God bless you indeed🙏
