Shortly after our arrival we were accused to destroying a hamsters cage and letting hamsters throughout the store loose. We were on a completely opposite side of the store from the cages when being accused. Claimed to have security camera footage, even though we did nothing.

They were very helpful when we were looking for a pet mouse. They helped my daughter pick one out and were patient with her. She's a great pet and we are happy with our visit.
