Haven’t seen mail in over a week I called and spoke to a lady she said my mail is up to date my thing is if it’s up to date where is my mail I am so frustrated with this postal service I have important mail coming through that I need and I’m not receiving any of my mail. If I can get zero stars I would this location need to be shut down I had no problems with my mail when I was staying in Harvey none at all

My very first time mailing Drink2Shrink. I was super pleased with how helpful and patient the staff was with me. I had no idea what I was doing and they assisted me with everything. So glad I passed up 2 post offices to come here. The professionalism is unmatched!

Received a package via USPS. Package was crammed in the mailbox so tightly it had to be pried out with a screwdriver which defaced our mailbox. Since we were at home it could have been delivered to the door undamaged. Many thanks to the delivery person for ruining our day, mailbox, and package.

I requested re-delivery on a package and it never came in, so I called technical support and they said they didn't even attempt to deliver it, so I called this post office and they told me I had my flag up to send it out (the package never came in so even if I wanted to send it back out it was impossible), so they returned it to sender.This location is the WORST POST OFFICE I've ever dealt with I'm amazed anybody gets mail from here. 1 star is giving them too much credit they need to learn how to post office
