Are the cars presented at auction considered salvage? Do they have a Salvage title? When are the auctions ? What is the cost to attend? Are cars smogged? I apologize for combining all five questions into one.

Cars at the auction are from multiple consignors. They're sale day is Thursday. You need to be a licensed auto dealer. Cars are not smogged.
