I had a 90 minute massage with Alma, but left feeling disappointed. First, Alma ended our massage 6 minutes early. I feel misled when I purchase a 90 min massage and only receive 84 min. Second, I had book this to be a custom massage, but when I tried to tell Alma what I wanted, she insisted that she has her routine. After a few attempts, I gave up and let her do her thing. It resulted in me not getting a thorough back massage that I needed! If I wanted a mediocre masseuse who follows a standard routine for every single client, I would just go to the cheap Asian massage parlors and pay much less. Lastly, I asked for some kneading on my back, and she told me that she had broken her fingers and can't really use them for massage. That was super frustrating to hear. Overall I'm not going to return to Massage Envy! I will find another place that actually cares about their clients needs.

This used to be a great place. I no longer live here and it's a huge inconvenience to get a massage at any location that would be worth it. I cancelled my membership and they are still charging me. I know Covid has changed the standard of living but this is ridiculous.

I'm so glad I signed up with this Massage Envy. They have surpassed all my expectations. Great masseuses, wonderful environment and easy and efficient office staff. My mental and physical health has benefitted immensely.

They are fantastic! My mom and I have both been members for about 18 months. We enjoy our monthly massages and Chloe is a wonderful massage therapist! The only area I feel could be improved (and this is my one and only experience there) is with their facials. I got one during their intro when I first signed up and the person I got talked the whole entire time about products and techniques. It was FAR from relaxing. But, that is just one of their team members. Give them a try for sure!
