I use enterprise many times a year and they are always a pleasure to work with and rent vehicles from. Everyone on their staff has always been friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to use their services for years to come. I once even left my wallet in the side pocket of a truck I rented and returned and then immediately got rented by someone else. They went above and beyond to get it back to me as quickly as possible

I love renting through Enterprise cuz their customer service is superior to other rental car places. Their prices are unbeatable and the models of vehicles are excellent!!! Just an FYI to all there is a $200 deposit when renting which is normal for rental car agencies now but upon return of vehicle i have gotten it back within one day!! Love the employees at ENTERPRISE!!

I rented a car through Enterprise last week while in Walla Walla for the weekend. They were kind enough to deliver the car to the FBO at the airport where we parked our plane. The drop off employee did a walk-around with me, and we noticed a scratch on the passenger rear wheel well fender. She noted it in her paperwork and off we went. Hours later, I noticed the fuel level was less than half, so I got fuel and kept the receipt. Apparently, they have a “match” policy, where I only needed to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. That would have been nice to know up front, but they reimbursed me my fuel cost, so that was good. Two days after I returned the car, I got a call from the Enterprise office. They left me a message saying there was a scratch on the fender that wasn’t there before I took the car, so I needed to call them back to arrange for resolution of the scratch. After playing phone tag, I finally got to talk to them about the situation and explain that the scratch was already there, which I witnessed was noted by the drop off employee. The lady said that nothing was noted, but she would follow up with the employee. I explained that I would have appreciated that she follow up with the employee before concerning me with it to make sure they didn’t forget to note something, but this didn’t make sense to the lady. She was insistent that she should bother the customer first. In the end, they took responsibility, but what a waste of my time! I’ll give them another chance, given the ease of picking up the car at the FBO, but hopefully the next time goes smoother like I’ve always experienced with AVIS.

I've rented cars from them for the past 4 years. Treat others as you would want to be treated is exactly how I feel each time I'm here. Outstanding customer service and the car selection as well. If they don't have what I'm looking for they always seem to go above and beyond to provide what I need. Thank you, y'all are amazing! The Enterprise franchise is lucky to have all of you. Prices fluctuate depending on demand and vary depending on vehicle types. Best option would be to go online to enterprise.com and try various options depending on your needs to see what fits you best I think. I use them many times a year and enterprise is great, never had an issue. Enjoy your trip!
