Can be busy and dirty floors at times, but they try and keep up. If machines are not working, they get to it pretty quickly.

Bonus star for keeping their prices low. On the other hand, it would be worth raising them to invest in modernizing the facility, especially with machines that accept debit cards as payment (like D-Express in Millcreek). Or at least hire someone to check the change machines. Four change machines on site and not one of them is working. Y'all losing business today.

I've been using this laundromat for about 4 weeks & have never had a wait for machines. The facility is kept clean & any non working machine are usually marked. The coin machine always works. The prices are very reasonable.
