WRECKLESS TOWING
Called before coming in for service. Call taker says there’s no wait pull up there’s two trucks in there bays go in talk to service they say pull up to bay 4. pull up to bay 4 three hours later I’m still sitting in the bay for 2 steer tires to be put on our tow truck. Asked service how much longer over an hour ago service writer said 45mins. This has been the worst service center I’ve seen and been through. Only reason I’ve even continued to wait is because I don’t want to be DOT stopped and possibly be placed out of service or get a flat and be stuck sitting waiting for another tow truck or a service truck. Outside of that I will never stop here again for service.

If you want great service and product go here! I went in for tire change and rotation and when I tell you I received top of the line excellent service, I mean it was just that. I forgot the gentleman name who changed my tires however he did an excellent job the way I told him to do the rotation and addition of the new tires was wrong and I was made aware of that by how he changed the tire order to his way(the right way) I had a great experience there and the manager of parts Mrs. Michelle along with everyone behind the counter was great! Thanks TA and ya team!

It's one of the best TA I know of. Has everything and their repair shop has great mechanics. Less wait time. Great TV room, multiple laundry machines and several food joints. Recommended.

One of the top TA travel Centers I have been too, for starters it’s a large parking space for 18 wheelers, it’s has a large selection of restaurants and the restrooms are very near and clean, the showers are also clean as well definitely a must check out if your ever in the area.

As the spring and summer months start more space is needed to accommodate more travelers. You know most travel centers are for "travelers" TRAVEL CENTER OF AMERICA.
