Left my grandfather in the same clothes for days, didn’t move him from the bed, and didn’t feed or give him water. He needed help getting fed because he had a stroke, and they totally ignored him. His labs were terrible when he left, he was so dehydrated and malnourished. I wouldn’t wish the care they gave him on my worst enemy.

I came in to get and ultrasound done & bloodwork to extremely high blood pressure during pregnancy & I let them know and they discharged me saying they don’t do ultrasounds Friday-Sunday and that since my blood pressure is low now that everything is fine. Should’ve just never came. DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME.

Every staff member I interacted with was extremely caring and easy to talk to. Definitely one of the better hospitals I have been to. The one doctor seemed questionable though. Thank you for your care!

Does behavioral health unit have long term or is it only acute care? If someone is from and, is there a bed hold on their bed at and while at behavioral health unit?

Typically it is for short term stays. It is not uncommon for someone to stay several weeks. It all depends on the patients situation and health care needs. Before a patient is admitted, all medical conditions need to be ruled out such as a urinary tract infection or sepsis, etc. I hope that helps.
