Not really happy about the response to getting my medication. Everytime I call they say my medication is pending. It doesn't take that much to hit a key to get my medication.

Dr Szumski Has HORRIBLE bed side manner and is extremely unprofessional. Don’t go to him. Jared Hulme, however is the best doctor I’ve ever met! Genuinely caring for his patients which is sadly rare in La Grande.

disgraceful treatment. My wife drove out to the clinic to be seen after the emergency room refused to treat her neck and arm pain and told her to see a doctor. She waited over a week (still in pain) for the appointment and the doctor focused instead on something else instead of her very painful problem, then when asked about the reason for the visit that doctor suddenly had no more time and cut off the visit and let sit there, still in pain and still untreated, all while having the gall to scold her about not having consideration for her other patients. She refused to address the only reason she came to the clinic! Absolutely horrendous treatment, and the bedside manner of a badger. My wife is swamped with work for her clients, yet took the loss in income to take 4 hours out of her day and yet was refused treatment. Filing a complaint. Absolutely disgraceful.

We are very fortunate to have this quality of service for primary care in Eastern Oregon. I recently had the misfortune of needing medical service and the clinic was able to get me in the same day with my provider. The front staff was amazing having all of my information current and check-in was quick. Dr. Yu’s nurse was the best!
