Great physical therapy center. Been here several times over past twenty years. Admin staff and therapists are friendly and competent. Also go here since therapy to work out in swimming pool.

Yes! All of our yoga classes can be modified for beginners.

I never did use a trainer. I select the equipment i wanted to use. Contact the gym for your questions answered
If you call the physical therapy side they can let you know what it cost to swim in the pool.
