7-8-22 edit: Since my last edit things have improved. The staff is friendlier and more attentive, the gas pumps are closed less often, and the overall experience and time spent has improved. Moved it up to 3 stars for now with potential for more in the future. 6-14-22 edit: Well I had hoped for a better edit this time but service is still terrible. They block the gas portion more often than not especially at night. Watched someone sit and wait for gas for about 8 minutes while the employees stood and talked (it wasn't me, I get my gas up the road at the 76 on Portland Rd and Hyacinth because of the issues here) really is sad that they can't afford to hire employees who actually do their job. 6-21-19 edit: They added new management after the old manager walked out. At first the guy seemed legit but turns out he's just another good talker who doesn't want to see real change. Have to go inside for anything but a fill up now even with a card. What a joke. Not supposed to go backwards guys. You upgraded your system and downgraded your service. Plus the stoner dude was more interested in talking to his buddy than actually being helpful. Been a regular since it was a BP and the store just continues to go into the tank. I had hopes when they hired Kiki as the manager but it just keeps getting worse. I'll take my business elsewhere until it improves

No one wears a mask. Employees do not care and customers as well. No limiting the amount of people in the store. I will not be returning. They honestly could not care less about the laws in current time.

Most of the employees are extremely friendly, they really get to know you. It makes for a good stop after a stressful day at work. Prices are what you expect for convenience.
