Extremely well organized, modern and clean facilities, highly professional and friendly staff, and transparent billing. What a contrast with UVA. It is a scandal that UVA spend so much time and money trying to stop this facility from operating.

Before my appt I was shocked to see a medical facility with all 5 star reviews. After I totally understand why and made a point to come leave another. The facility is immaculate and every member of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. One example, they asked what I preferred to be called. I basically said whatever as it normally feels like a question on a form. She took the time to explain when I wake up she wants to use the same name my family does so I feel as comfortable as possible. A tiny detail, but one that represented to me the care they take in putting the patient first. They even followed up at home several time to make sure I was clear on instructions and doing well. If I need a procedure in the future I hope it's here.
