I was hit today on East Bidwell and the truck driver who hit me did not come to get one another's insurance or any contact information. I called the department and they seemed to side with the one at fault. The witness that pulled over to check on me even said that he drove off. I have not heard a word from the other driver and the department did not seem to care or offer any help. I am sad to say that I do not feel as though I can trust the department to truly proect and help citizens in need.

Considering they just sent 4 cars plus 1 K-9 unit to interrogate a group of middle school kids who were tee-peeing, I’d say yes.
