New carrier keeps not showing up, fuel is over 3 bucks a gallon and I'm having to take mail to post office because he is lazy. His boss obviously doesn't care after all my calls about it.

One older man is amazing and always gives the best service and works hard. Then we get other mail carriers who drive thru yards, damage mail boxes etc. Today I come home to a package on the hood of my 50k$ truck. 3 porches 1 within 10ft of my vehicle. The level of incompetence and disrespect from this office is so irritating at times. But the one mailman is amazing. These others need to be fired as well as their post master for allowing the behavior as I know I’m not the only one who periodically has these issues.

This place and staff is down right unprofessional. Left a negative review a couple weeks back and while I'm picking my daughter up from school the mail carrier was approached by my fiance about missing mail and mail we haven't been receiving. I talked to this woman about 3 weeks ago and gave her a stack of mail that doesn't belong to my residence. She asked me my name and I told her and that was that. Today after I return home my fiance informs me that he talked to the mail lady and she told him that I told her no one else lived here, which i did not. Then she had the nerve to look at him and tell him she knew about the negative review and she didn't appreciate it....UNPROFESSIONAL. At this point I'm very upset that she would even dare mention a Google review that I have EVERY RIGHT TO LEAVE ON THEIR PAGE. Passed her to the postal service and I did pause and stopped, and informed her I was going to the postal service over her behavior and I got a very lovely middle finger. Unfortunately on my way there my tire went flat this is about 3 in the afternoon. I call my fiance and he comes saves the day with our two kids and yes it took about an hour to work on getting my tire patched. Anywho we deal with that and he decides to follow me up there and figure out a solution to this problem and now I'm twice as mad I walk in the postal office and ask for a manger. She listens to my complaint and I explained to her about my flat and the first thing she says is why has it taken so long to report this apparently the mail carrier already called her upset, why, because she knows she was in the wrong. I work two jobs ups and subway in my eyes it doesn't matter when I go up there and handle the situation I could have needed to go into work and had to deal with it the next day. By this time I'm furious about the way she is handling the situation and no my fiance wasn't making the situation any better..so I ask the manger for the corporate number and she blurt out the number. I asked her if she would please right it down for me on a piece of paper being she was standing right beside a pen and stickynotes. She refused. Which is all well and good but once again unprofessional. I have discussed this matter with an agent and will be filing a claim first thing tomorrow.

Our mail carrier does a great job. I know the mail load determines the arrival time our mail arrives each day, so I'm don't get upset, like some people, when it doesn't arrive the same time each day. My hats off to the carriers, because their job is more stressful than most customers realize. If you receive someone's mail by mistake, just put back in the mail box and raise the flag. This will alert the carrier they made a mistake and I know the carrier will try to do their best to not make the mistake again.

Veterans day could have affected timing or they could just be running behind. I've had my mail delivered as early as 11 and as late as 3:30.

Does anyone answer the phone there?

Rarely. Best thing to do is to pay them a visit or call another office and see if they can help you out.
