I love the scenery, and it's close to shopping and the T. The one bedrooms are spacious and you can have an outdoor balcony. New furnishing throughout apartment I saw anyhow .

We recently moved to Alister Quincy and the staff has been more than helpful. They accommodated our request to change our move in date without any issues. Upon moving in, we had a few maintenance concerns but after submitting maintenance requests and notifying the staff, the issues were resolved very quickly. We really appreciate their commitment to going above and beyond to make sure that our move has been a smooth transition.

Don’t bother moving here if you want their shuttle service. Even though I’ve repeatedly made management aware that there are not enough seats and residents are frequently left behind, management has not been effective in getting more seats, let alone the seats that they’re even contracted for. Without the shuttle, to get to Quincy center, it’s a 30 minute walk, $9 Uber ride, or $9 a day to park at Quincy Adams. Manageable, but having a shuttle alleviates the inconvenient location of Falls Boulevard. Otherwise, Alister is an excellent, well-maintained property. I hope they can fix the shuttle issues so I can give a better review.

I absolutely loved living here!! When I moved in about 5 years ago it was owned by a different management company and they were good, but since Fairfield has taken over it was great. They are constantly updating the property (new siding on all the buildings, modern updates in the apartments, energy efficiency updates) and they take great care of the grounds (landscaping and snow removal). The staff is awesome! From management to the office and maintenance guys, everyone is very friendly, helpful, and available. I would definitely come back and live here again.
