Hong Kong was a great location. I have lived in many different locations, including 1. Taiwan, 2. Hong Kong, 3. Beijing. HK is the kind of restaurant where you would want for anything local and authentic. Even if you aren't explicitly looking for foreign fare, I would strongly recommend this place. HK is great for people from any type of background or culinary desire!!
