My friend and I just went in to get a slurpee and he brought in a cup to refill. He went to the soda machine to rinse it with water then we grabbed slurpeees. Within 2 minutes. The lady at the counter with homemade tweaker tattoos tried to charge him for a soda refill and a slurpee refill saying he filled it with soda and drank it before getting a slurpee she called her coworker from the back who I happen to know is the owners son and he basically took her side. She had taken my friends cup that he brought in and wouldn't give it back as she was kicking us out because she claimed we were rude. She was the one lying about my friend and trying to charge him for something he didn't get. Eventually after calling us names and refusing to look at the cameras she rudely gave his cup back and kicked us out. All we did was defend our innocence and she refused to look at the camereas which would have proved we didnt steal even 1 sip of soda. We dont even drink soda!!! This was on Sunday afternoon 7/31/22

Nicole is the best! She is always so friendly and helpful. This is my local 7 Eleven and it's always a joy to see the place so kept up.

Went to the store where we go almost every day and the cashier there would not give us a disposable mask to enter and she acted as though standing by the counter didn't mean we were going to make a purchase. She also just dropped the change and acted very rude. Most of the workers there are awesome and friendly, but isn't she supposed to get off her phone and be polite to customers? Aren't businesses that require masks supposed to provide said masks for customers who don't have one? Is 7-11 unable to provide them? Every other store in town provides them for customers who forget. I can't imagine how 7-11 is unable to provide them for customers.

Love this store! The clerks don't let the scummy people hang around. Thank god! Because I have two kids and I've seen them handle the riff raff, I work for another company/competitor, they have to deal with a lot of disrespectful people, I'm glad they don't put up with rude people! Learn to Behave yourself and you will be treated great!
