Bought my UTV at the Ronnie's in Adams MA. Nice place,friendly staff only things I can say negative would be no one came out to see if I needed any help loading , and after I got it home two weeks later I noticed it was low on coolant called asked about it was told I could just buy some, I thought that's what you pay a prep fee for?? All in all it was a good experience !!

We decided to buy our two boys their first bikes there even though it’s an hour away from us. The great service started over the phone with the sales manager just talking to me about options. They were helpful and patient with sizing up our boys and sharing their thoughts as far as what their needs would be. Paperwork was a breeze. Ronnie's had the bike I wanted so I came over from NY to get it. They took my info over the phone and when I arrived everything was ready. Staff is professional, courteous, and very helpful. Smooth transaction, very happy customer. Highly recommend.
