We're from out of town. Having to drive 4 and a half hours for a family event through terrible rain, one of our rim cracked. We called everywhere to see if anyone can help so we can get back home. And finally someone suggested Deerpond. We called and explained our situation and the man said if we can get there in 10 mins he can have us back on the road today. And sure enough they did! Amazing customer service and super efficient. We would also like to thank Tom for being so helpful and also putting air in all of our tires. We made it back to Philadelphia with no problems! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was super friendly. However it took 2 hours with an appointment for a oil change and sticker. 80$ for an oil change! Also their credit card machine didn’t work so I had to run to the atm. Which took even more time, never again

My boyfriend is a very loyal customer and now I am too. My car went in for an oil change right after they opened up after Covid restrictions were lifted. I asked if they could diagnose the sounds my car was making. The owner came out and let me know that I needed brakes BUT only back brakes. How many garages are that honest? He explained everything that was needed, offered to do it right then and there (which means no waiting for parts). I scheduled to come back because I had to be somewhere. They put my car back together and the head mechanic was really great too, Because he ended up finding a nail in my tire when they were diagnosing the brakes. He informed me of what could happen if the nail was removed- either a new tire is needed or they can plug it- depends upon the tear. Turns out it only needed to be plugged- how many shops would do that, and not charge you too??The price was extremely fair. The office ladies were great, the owner is fabulous and a hoot to talk too! Went I went bake for my brakes, they stayed late to get the job done - I added headlight replacement and asked for a sticker. Jimmy, the owner, made sure everything was great including my experience- he called the next day to make sure I was happy. SO HAPPY JIMMY!! Thank you very much! After spending thousands at another garage that ended up disappointing me- I am Deer Pond for life :)
