Best Western Inn at the Rogue

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Customer service was excellent. Lots of breakfast choices. We always stay at Best Western but we noticed they changed biscuits and gravy. That was a bit disappointing being we always look forward to those two items at Best Western. I recommend them always.

The staff is friendly, and one even remembers me from the prior stay. When told about a leaky faucet and a malfunctioning door handle, help came immediately. Some items need to be updated in my room. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of choices. Overall, I prefer staying at this hotel over all the hotels that I've stayed at in the Rogue Valley. Shout out to Kim, who is currently in charge of laundry. She's a valuable asset to the hotel.

The people are great, I had the jacuzzi room with the king bed it was great. It would be nice to have a little larger tv. You were looking up all throughout the night by semi trucks behind the hotel loading and unloading ... Please take care of the future we would get a room on the front side.

I was there for 4 day/nights. My room was great! Big, comfy, clean, it had all of the amenities, and I felt safe. The morning breakfast was super yummy, with lots of options and the area is well kept. The staff here is wonderful! Always ready to help and with a smile. And yes you can tell, even under the mask! Lol. It is right next to a convenience store and a really good Mexican restaurant. I absolutely recommend this Best Western Inn! When I come back to visit I will definitely be staying here. 😊
